Because lesson times are reserved specifically for you, late cancellations and no-shows prevent other players from using that time and directly impact our coaches\u2019 schedules.<\/p>\n<p>To be respectful of everyone\u2019s time, please review our cancellation policy below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Appointment Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you book a lesson, that time is held exclusively for you and is no longer available to other students. If you know you will be unable to attend your scheduled lesson, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>We require at least twelve (12) hours\u2019 notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Providing advance notice allows us to offer that time to another student.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Cancel Your Appointment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact us by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Phone: 602-678-1234<\/li>\n<li>Email: <a href=\"mailto:matt@tabletennisandmore.com\">matt@tabletennisandmore.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have scheduled your lesson with another coach, please call or text that coach directly.<\/p>\n<p>If calling outside of business hours, please leave a detailed voicemail including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your name<\/li>\n<li>Lesson date and time<\/li>\n<li>Reason for cancellation or schedule change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will return your message as soon as possible if needed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Late Cancellations &amp; No-Shows<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A late cancellation is any cancellation made less than 12 hours before the scheduled lesson.<\/li>\n<li>A no-show occurs when a student does not attend a lesson and does not provide notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following fees apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Late Cancellation: $25 fee<\/li>\n<li>No-Show: Full price of the lesson<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For new students, a late cancellation or no-show for the first scheduled lesson will result in a full charge of the lesson fee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emergencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We understand that true emergencies can happen.
