Table Tennis & More
Lesson Cancellation Policy
Our goal at Table Tennis & More is to provide high-quality, consistent training for all of our students. Because lesson times are reserved specifically for you, late cancellations and no-shows prevent other players from using that time and directly impact our coaches’ schedules.
To be respectful of everyone’s time, please review our cancellation policy below.
Appointment Cancellations
When you book a lesson, that time is held exclusively for you and is no longer available to other students. If you know you will be unable to attend your scheduled lesson, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
We require at least twelve (12) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Providing advance notice allows us to offer that time to another student.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact us by:
- Phone: 602-678-1234
- Email: matt@tabletennisandmore.com
If you have scheduled your lesson with another coach, please call or text that coach directly.
If calling outside of business hours, please leave a detailed voicemail including:
- Your name
- Lesson date and time
- Reason for cancellation or schedule change
We will return your message as soon as possible if needed.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- A late cancellation is any cancellation made less than 12 hours before the scheduled lesson.
- A no-show occurs when a student does not attend a lesson and does not provide notice.
The following fees apply:
- Late Cancellation: $25 fee
- No-Show: Full price of the lesson
For new students, a late cancellation or no-show for the first scheduled lesson will result in a full charge of the lesson fee.
Emergencies
We understand that true emergencies can happen. In cases of unavoidable emergencies, all or part of the cancellation fee may be applied as a credit toward future services, at our discretion.
Acknowledgment
By scheduling a lesson at Table Tennis & More, you acknowledge and agree to the lesson cancellation policy outlined above.
